In May 2018 new rules came into force, called General Data Protection Regulations.  These rules protect the personal information that the Charity takes and holds in relation to the provision of the services that the Association of Carers operate.

This means that we need to seek your permission to have access to and to store your information on our database and secure files.

We normally send these forms to you when you are first referred to us (carers) or when you apply to volunteer with us (volunteers).

We have recently sent you a form to complete, included with our latest edition of the Carers Voice magazine.  If you can please complete the form and return it to us by the 9th March 2018.

For your convenience we have attached a link to the permission forms for reference;
